Do you have a specific idea for a toy, or want something that isn't in stock? Custom toys are made to order for you!

We do not offer new custom designed toy models — this option is only to order a desired size, firmness, and coloration from Creature Feature Toys existing models.

By placing a custom toy order, you agree to have read and accept the following:

All General Terms from our main FAQ still apply.

▸ Custom order extras may appear in Ready to Ship inventory. If your requested toy flops due to an imperfection, or isn't a good representation of your order, it may appear in our regular inventory.

We may sometimes also pour several toys (on different models) at a time with your toy for efficiency - this allows us to keep your custom toy cost lower. We sometimes try to use slightly different color combos or pour styles for the extra toys to differentiate them, but this is not guaranteed. These inventory toys will also not have the added custom fee - that fee allows you the convenience to request a specific toy, color, and firmness

▼ Ordering Process ▼

Processing time is currently 1-4 Weeks after approval. Your shipping method does not affect your order's place in the queue.

▸Each Custom Order page has a Custom Order Guide and extra visual guides for Colors and Styles to help you choose from our available options. You may also add comments to add any special request to the artisans. Providing an image of a pour we've previously done or a drawn image of what you would like is allowed! Please note this is subject to approval and more complexities may increase the cost of your order.

Each toy is handmade and will look a little different from the next. We will always try our best to match your requests closely, but please allow for variation.

All orders must be approved before production begins.
Artisans will reach out by email for any questions and for confirmation of any increase in cost from additional requests.

▸If any changes to the cost or order details are added, you have 72 hours (3 Days) from our last email correspondence to approve the changes or cancel your order. If we do not hear back after 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You can always order again later!

If artisans have no questions or there are no additional charges, your order will be marked as Processing and will be completed within the production time window. You have nothing else to do but wait for your new friend :)

Creature Feature Toys has the right to reject an order on the basis of insufficient stock from our suppliers, or if we feel we are unable to complete your order request due to complexity.

Any changes or cancellations to orders already in the Processing stage are subject to a 10% non-refundable processing fee.

▼ Customs are Limited ▼
We will only take on an acceptable amount of orders before closing the listings to catch up our queue. Your toy is made to order and balanced between other work. We will update the status of orders and when new custom slots will be available on our Twitter.

As long as the order page doesn't say "Out of Stock" - you can place an order!

▸Why do customs take a few weeks to make?
We balance custom orders with our schedules. It takes a lot to make drops happen every other week, and we have to balance demand, time, and materials. We try to get orders out as quickly as we can, but we also like to have some cushion on the time frame in case some supplies have to be reordered, the toy has to be repoured to match the request, etc.

▼ Colors ▼

▸Colors are subject to change dependent on supplier changes. Signature Colors may be unique to the model, or will be special free colorations that rotate monthly. Due to supply limitations, we may be unable to fulfill monthly free signature requests outside of the time periods they are originally offered.

Available Signature Colors will always be shown in a visual guide on the custom order page for each model.

You can request to put one model's Signature Color onto another model by matching options as closely as possible to equal the cost of the Signature, and writing what you want in the order comments. (For example, ordering Kose's signature colors on an Eros.) If you need help, please feel free to contact us. We can always issue an invoice later or refund if you overpay or are short an amount.

▸Custom Color Disclaimer:
Uniform patterns in custom marbles and fades (especially if specified in the special request box) are not guaranteed, as each toy is poured individually by hand.
Additionally, some pigments and firmnesses behave differently than others. Softer firmnesses tends to blend more, resulting in less tight marbles but more gradual fades.

Some colors on our menu are mixed by us from multiple colors, and may have slight variations in hue or shimmer from pour to pour.

We may add some Silc colors (Matte white, UV reactive colors) to strengthen certain colors to prevent blending in marbles, or add some mica in Silc colors to encourage blending in fades. Although this may change the color slightly, our goal is to keep the color as consistent as possible and it often is not noticeable. If you have a specific vision for your color (example: no shimmer in a pastel yellow), please reach out first and we can discuss options!

If you upload an image or request custom mixed colors reference, please allow for some variation in your toy. We will always try our best, but we can not match colors exactly.

▸Surprise Me!

Selecting the Surprise Me! option gives artisans free choice. You can list up to three (3) colors that you would NOT want in the order comments.

▼ Styles ▼

▸Solid
Solid colors are exactly what it says on the tin! Choose 1 color for this area. Some Mica pigments will "fold" on itself while pouring, creating some shimmery swirls and depth on its own, while Silc pigments (matte white, UV colors) will be more solid.

▸Marble
Marbles are random swirls of your chosen colors. Some may appear in larger areas, while some areas may be small and tight ribbons or swirls. We cannot guarantee the outcome or how much of a particular color shows (for example, we cannot fulfill requests for 70% of one color and 30% another). Some colors are more prone to blending (like Seafoam) while others are stronger (like Matte White). Feel free to reach out and ask about how specific colors may interact!

▸Fades
Fades are a gradation between two colors. Depending on the firmness and colors chosen, there may be faint marbling or more visible divide between the two colors. Soft and Super Soft firmnesses tend to blend easier than other colors. Silc pigments and our Pastel colors are tricker to blend, as these pigments are stronger. We may add a bit of mica to the silc pigments to encourage blending, or use less pigment.
Additional colors may be requested by checking how many you'd like in the "Extra" section, then specify what extra colors in the Comments section along with the desired order from tip to base.

▸Banded
Two colors are poured one after the other to create horizontal thick bands. We use the "wet split" technique, where we pour while the silicone is still very liquid to ensure that the color layers fully bond when curing. Depending on the colors and firmnesses chosen, it may be prone to slight blending or variation where the colors meet. We cannot guarantee perfectly straight stripes or stripes of equal proportions. We cannot offer vertical bands.
Additional colors
may be requested by checking how many you'd like in the "Extra" section, then specify what extra colors in the Comments section along with the desired order from tip to base.

▸Surprise Me!
Selecting the Surprise Me! option gives artisans free choice. You can list only ONE (1) pour style (fade, marble) and three (3) colors that you would NOT want in the order comments. Surprise Me pours will never be solid color toys. Please do not order Surprise Me if you have something specific in mind or don't like surprises!

▸UV Rainbow Marble
This coloration is created with UV Pink, UV Orange, UV Yellow, UV Green, UV Blue, and UV Purple in equal portions. Every pour will always turn out 100% unique with different patterns, where colors will show up, and how equally each color shows. If you are particular with how you want this to turn out, please only order from our Ready to Ship inventory to see the result before you buy.

Depending on the firmness, this coloration may be prone to blending - especially in Soft and Super Soft. Because of this, we do NOT allow GITD to be added to the marble. However, we can make a banded Rainbow UV and add GITD to each color upon request at an additional charge.

Due to the complexity of pouring 6 colors at once, some small or narrow toys will marble differently than others, may not show all colors, and are more prone to blending.

▸Split
This coloration will split at the base to allow for two different styles on the shaft and base of the toy. We use the "wet split" technique, where we pour while the silicone is still very liquid to ensure that the color layers fully bond when curing. Depending on the colors and firmnesses chosen, it may be prone to slight blending or variation where the colors meet. We cannot guarantee a perfectly straight split in color.

▼ Extras ▼
▸Glow in the Dark (GITD):
Any custom design that uses glow in the dark pigment cannot be fully guaranteed to have an expected uniform pattern, as the UV reactive pigment is significantly heavier and different in composition to other pigments. Because of this, GITD pigmented silicone can tend to migrate (sink) throughout the toy during curing. While we still prefer to give you all the available options, for best results, we only recommend selecting GITD for either the shaft (Color 1) only, or the entire toy.

GITD may also cause your toy to feel slightly firmer than your selected firmness.

When adding GITD to another color, especially dark colors, it may not glow as brightly.

Certain GITD powders are already pigmented (Cerise, Orange, and Yellow). For customs, we currently do not allow these to be added to other colors in Extras unless approved by an artisan before placing your order, as they will alter the chosen color. They can only be selected in the Color sections.

To activate GITD, your toy must be exposed to light. We recommend a UV light (flashlights are a small, inexpensive, and an easy option to buy online). Toys that sit on desks or shelves may also glow in the dark from natural sunlight, though we do not recommend exposing toys to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

▸Drip: Results may vary. Limited to one color only, but you may add Glow in the Dark (Select the glow in the dark color you prefer under the 'Color Add-Ins' option, and specify that it is for the Drip). Please specify in Custom Comments if you have a preference on one single drip, or multiple — otherwise it will be artisan choice. If you select this option and do not specify a color, it will be Pearl.

▸Silc Pigments (Matte White and UV colors):
These colors are made from a liquid pigment. Sometimes, we use them to strengthen other pigments so they will be less prone to blending in marbles, or for custom made colors. They are also used to create some of our pastel colors.

We can only add UV pigments if approved by an artisan before you place your custom order as it will change the color slightly. Please reach out to contact@creaturefeaturetoys.com if you would like to discuss custom ideas.

▸Upload Reference Image - This allows you to upload a photo of a toy that we've previously poured, an artistic rendering of your design ideas, or an inspiration photo to use as a color palette. If you would like us to base your custom off this photo and it is more complex than the options the form provides, please select "Surprise Me / Artisan Choice" for Style or Color choices you would like to replace with your reference photo, and use the Order Comments box to describe in detail what you would like. Please note there are limitations with working with silicone as described above, and we cannot guarantee perfect matches to your references. Increased complexity may also increase the cost.

We will always reach out via email to confirm that we understand your design notes if we are unsure or if it will cost extra. Sometimes, we may also reach out to offer alternative options that may better match your reference, but the final choice will always be up to you. Please feel free to reach out any time before placing a custom order if you would like to finalize details for preapproval and see if the complexity may cost extra.

Lastly, we will not fulfill requests to mimic another store's signature pours. We all have different techniques and skillsets, and certain colorations may be closely associated with another store's brand. For example, it is OK to ask for a specific color, or a fade of two colors from a reference, etc., as these are general colors that could appear anywhere. But it is not OK to ask us to replicate a named signature coloration that is custom made and iconic to a store. Feel free to ask us if you are unsure!

▼ Other Notes ▼
▸Toys similar to your custom may appear in our Ready to Ship inventory if your order had to be repoured multiple times due to imperfections or if they didn't exactly match your requests. They will not have the custom order fee since they did not meet custom quality standards.

Other toys with similar colors or pour styles MIGHT also appear in Ready to Ship inventory without the custom order fee, as we may pour custom toys in batches. This is to keep the custom fee lower by using our time efficiently, and to ensure that we can continue to offer customs. The fee is a small part in ensuring that you get the exact model, size, firmness, and colors that you want without the rush of inventory restocks. Thank you for understanding!
