How to Order A Made to Order or Custom Toy from CFT
If the toy you want isn't in stock, you can't make it to restock drops, or you want something specific - there are still two different ways to get the toy of your dreams!

What are Made to Order toys?
Just like it says on the tin!
Throughout the year, we offer different premade colorations for you to choose from on our
Made to Order page (which can also be found in the navigation bar).This makes it easier to order without complicated custom order forms, helps to make toys more accessible, and reduces the cost of these unique designs when our artisans can work more efficiently.
▸ Made to Order listings are created periodically based on artisan availability, and can be removed at any point.
▸ Some listings have additional options for customization, like choosing your own drip color. If the listing does not have options, it is not able to be customized further. You may request these changes when Complex Custom slots are available (see below).
▸ Want to order previous colorations? Made to Order colorations can possibly return at a later date. Dates, quantities, designs, and prices may vary from the original release. Or, you can redeem a MTO Voucher from our Rewards Program.
▸ Each toy is handmade and will look a little different from the next. We will always try our best to match the design closely, but please allow for variation. Be sure to read any additional coloration notes in the listing's description.
What are Custom toys?
Have your eyes on a certain model, but want it a little more personalized?
▸ This option allows you to choose the model, size, firmness, colors, and pour style!
Simply go to our Models catalog page to meet our characters (which can also be found in the navigation bar), choose a model, and select your options. That's all, now an artisan will begin creating a creature just for you!
▸ Choose 2 colors for regular customs. For fade and split style pours, color 1 will start at the tip of the toy. Color 2 will end at the base. Each listing may have additional options, like a drip or option to color a model-specific detail.
▸ Color disclaimer: Uniform patterns in custom marbles and fades are not guaranteed, as each toy is poured individually by hand. Some colors on our menu are custom mixed, and may have slight variations in hue or shimmer from what appears on the swatch.
Can I get a more complex Custom toy?
We DO currently offer full complex custom toys in limited availability. These are quoted based on the complexity of your design.
▸ Feel free to reach out to contact@creaturefeaturetoys.com with your ideas! An artisan will review and provide a quote for the increased complexity, or ask follow-up questions. You can request drips, extra colors, glow in the dark, hand painting, etc.
▸ If your design is approved, you will have 72 hours to confirm and pay before your slot is considered forfeited.
▸ Certain requests may not be possible due to our availability or the limitation of working with silicone. If something is not possible, we try to offer suggestions or let you know if we can do something similar.

All General Terms from our main FAQ still apply.▸ Processing time is currently 2-6 weeks before it is shipped, unless otherwise stated. Your shipping method does not affect your order's place in the queue. We always aim to complete orders as soon as possible, but please allow the full processing time.
▸ NO CANCELLATIONS are allowed. Please see our Order Policies for more information.
▸ Custom order extras may appear in Ready to Ship inventory. If your requested toy flops due to an imperfection, or isn't a good representation of your order, it may appear in our regular inventory.
