The residents of the frozen North look to Kose when they need assistance, trusting the kind-hearted reindeer with their small enchantments and ability to fly. Each morning, they strap up their snug red reins and check the job board, braving the weather wherever it sends them. They’re always happy to deliver goods or scout safe passages from above. Despite the chilling winds and snow roughing up their fluffy coat, seeing a job well done and a smiling face motivates them through the day.
As they reach the last job of the day, thoughts of ending the evening next to a crackling fire enjoying hot cocoa with the tiniest marshmallows makes them smile. They shake off the snowflakes and adjust their reigns, ready to offer a delivery to you, before a misplaced hoof causes them to slip. It seems they got tangled in their tight harness, and look to you for help. Will you help them, or get wrapped up in the moment?
