Webs of electricity dance across cresting waves as the formless dark clouds roll in on the horizon. Heads turn towards the open ocean as the typical sounds of the bustling dock hush and the once cheery tunes from a portable radio turn to static. The seconds stretch on as crowd looks out to the incoming storm with concern — they don't have to wonder for long. A glowing blue figure suddenly pierces through the clouds with a thunderous laugh and crackling lightning in tow.
The regulars at the dock recognize the dragon, but they don't breathe out a sigh of relief. Artemis is much bigger and even faster than before, his usual playful smirk now an open maw that displays many sharp teeth. The courier was known for his aerial acrobatics, not elemental powers. But as the Emblazoned dragon quickly approached the shoreline, he just as quickly veered out of the way to weave through the air safely above the heads of the crowd. The static that followed created a brilliant light show, and the tension turned to excitement as he was cheered on. After a few rounds of his dazzling performance, Artemis finally lands — but it seems he has a lot more energy to offer, his hide still slightly charged as he catches his breath. His eyes begin scanning the crowd to see if anyone else is picking up on the same electric feelings that he is, to see who may be interested in a private encore.
