All of our toys are carefully handmade from start to finish using only non-toxic, skin safe materials and processes. We only involve materials with research to support its safety. We treat customers how we would like to be treated, which means providing a quality product, discreet shipping, and always being available for questions.
Which Firmness is right for me?
Please note: Firmness may vary slightly depending on the girth and details of each model, as well as differences from silicone production.
Rarely, they may feel a bit firmer or softer than expected. All toys will be accurately listed with the silicone firmness that they were created with.
Toy Care
Your new friend is made of 100% platinum-cure silicone, a body safe, non-porous, super flexible material! Take good care of it, and it will last you for many, many years to come!
General care
Always wash with soap and water between uses, and store dry. We prefer Seventh Generation Free & Clear since it has no dyes or fragrances.
Silicone is tough, but it's not indestructible! Keep your toy away from sharp objects, as it can still be cut. Avoid biting your toy or digging into it with nails. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Routine cleaning
It is important to thoroughly wash your toy with a gentle soap/toy cleaner and water before and after each use. We recommend Seventh Generation Free & Clear for a fragrance free wash. For highly detailed toys, be sure to brush your fingers between creases.
Avoid abrasives, harsh chemicals, and other cleaning solutions which could deteriorate the surface of your toy and leave toxic residue.
Toys can also be placed in a dishwasher on the top rack. Make sure your dishwasher is free of detergent residue first!
How to deep clean
Toys can be sanitized by boiling for 5-10 minutes in clean, fresh water. Carefully use a utensil with rounded edges to keep your toy from resting on the bottom or sides of the pot while the water boils.
For a deeper clean, you may also soak your toys in a 10 parts water, 1 part bleach solution for 10 minutes. Then, rinse thoroughly with soap and water. CAUTION: Do NOT boil bleach!
Typically a bleach soak is done before sharing or selling toys to others. In most cases for general use, washing with soap and water between uses and occasionally sanitizing by boiling is all that you need to do to maintain a clean and happy toy!
How to start using a new toy
Only use a clean, well lubricated toy. Always start slowly, and never take more than you can handle.
If you're a beginner, we recommend starting with a softer, smaller toy. Just remember, listen to your body — and there's no such thing as too much lube!
Lube compatibility
We only recommend water-based lubricants for the best time!
Ingredients found in silicone lubricants can degrade the silicone over time, so be sure to check ingredients and spot test on the base before use.
Take care to keep your toy away from shampoos or other soaps that may contain silicone.
You may use a condom on the toy itself if so desired. Be sure that the condom is not lubricated with silicone.
How to store your toys
Thoroughly wash and dry your toy before storing. Store your toy in a cool, dry place away from other toys or plastics and out of direct sunlight.
Only 100% Platinum-cure silicone toys can be safely stored together. If you keep your toy in a plastic box or bin, we recommend wrapping it gently in a towel or cloth/satin fabric to prevent contact with the bin itself.
Above all, do not store your toy dirty or wet, especially in a sealed bag or container. Bacteria or mildew can form on the surface, which may permanently stain the silicone.
Product Safety & Materials
Creating products that are safe is the most important thing to us, especially when the body's most sensitive areas are involved! The adult toy industry is unregulated, so transparency from a shop is absolutely necessary - and not many places are upfront about their materials. Aside from wanting to make cool monster dongs, this was the main reason we started Creature Feature Toys!
We ONLY use 100% Platinum Cure Silicone for our toys and molds, which is certified skin safe and is easy to clean. Toys are handled with latex-free powder-free gloves for the entire process, and are washed in a non-scented antibacterial soap before being bagged.
Colors are NOT created equally, and we are very meticulous about sourcing SAFE pigments. We only use mica that is vegan and ethically sourced without child labor. Our micas are FDA approved for cosmetic use for the eyes, lip, and skin—the safest cosmetic rating, which means it won't cause irritation when in contact with sensitive areas. Our liquid pigments and glow in the dark pigments are certified skin safe & non-toxic.
Hand painted designs use the same high quality silicone as the rest of our toys. We carefully "paint" within the mold prior to pouring within the silicone's working time to ensure the strongest possible bond. All painted areas are stress tested before shipping and come with a 1 year warranty for painting delamination.
